Over the years I have been brushing health and safety under the carpet and praying nothing would happen to my employees. After hearing about Independent Safety Solutions I thought I better start making some changes before someone really gets hurt.
I had no idea where to start with becoming compliant with the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992. ISS BOP made the process of implementing an Occupational health and Safety System stress free. The initial consultation set me at ease knowing that I had the continued support through the entire process and beyond.
The system is specific to my business as a plasterer for residential and commercial buildings. Not only am I compliant with the Act but also all other regulations, codes of practice and legislation relevant to my business.
ISS BOP conduct work safe observations on our employees and contractors to ensure they are working in a safe manner. Reviewing and monitoring is the key to the success of our system and ISS BOP are always there to ensure nothing is overlooked. In the event that you have an accident or incident they will provide assistance. They come to you on site and help complete the appropriate forms and conduct investigations.
The ongoing service ensures that I have an effective programme in place and with the constant coaching I now have a much better understanding of Health and Safety.
