"Over the past four years I have been heavily involved in the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety Systems within a Transport Oil Recovery Business.
I was responsible for the implementation of the contractor management systems, managing and identifying hazards, conducting risk assessments, creating emergency management plans and many other requirements to comply with the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992.
Also responsible for Standard Operating Procedures, codes of practice, regulatory, permits and environmental consents and any other laws or regulations that may be expected to have an effect on the operations of the business. Over the years I have provided solutions and given advice accordingly as required.
During the past two years I have completed a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety which has increased my knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety
